Welcome to 3rd Elgin Rainbows! Where all girls from 4 to 7 years old get together to laugh, learn and have fun in a creative safe space.
Enjoy making plenty of magic moments from crafting and games to outdoor adventures and parties, every meeting is filled with friendship, fun and discovery.
Our group is part of Girlguiding UK, giving girls the chance to grow in confidence, try new things and feel included.

Who Are We?
We are the local Girlguiding unit in Elgin for girls aged 4 to 7 years old. We are here to help them grow in confidence. We are a registered charity with the Scottish Charity Regulator and our full details are in the footer.
Our Mission
Through fun, friendship, challenge and adventure we empower girls to find their voice, inspiring them to discover the best in themselves and to make a positive difference in their community. More than 300,000 girls meet as Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers. We fire their imaginations through challenges and adventures for all personalities and abilities, from 4 to 18 years old. Guiding is so much more than an after school club. Here’s why we’re special.

FAQ
Yes they do! The programme is full of badges that any girl will be proud to earn. Take a look at the badges we offer.
It’s the best fun. It’s all about:
- Fun activities
- Play games
- Making new friends
- Learning new skills
- Going on trips, we love a Pantomime!
- Having sleepovers and of course
- Earning badges!
Whatever makes them comfortable. There is a Rainbows uniform, which can be purchased once you decide to stay but it’s not essential. We also try and pass on uniforms once the older girls move upwards to join the Brownies.
Absolutely. If you have any skills or ideas then we welcome you to get involved up to two times in any term.
